BASIC USES Tremflex 834 can be used in a variety of applications, including general-purpose interior caulking, general-purpose exterior caulking, and as a back bedding glazing compound. Additionally, this product has been uniquely formulated to meet the needs of both smoke- and sound-rated applications. Tremflex 834 is highly recommended as an acoustical seal in the construction of interior walls, ceilings, and floors; particularly in through-penetrations and joints in smoke- and/or sound-rated partitions. It is suitable for use on vinyl, aluminum, and wood siding as well as on bathroom and kitchen fixtures
