Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days and then delivered to Canada Post for final shipping. The typical total shipping time is about 11 business days. If additional preparation time is required (for example, for special custom orders or if inventory needs to be replenished due to expiration or issues found during final quality control), a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date will be sent to the customer within 24 hours after payment is received.

Shipping Carrier: We ship exclusively with Canada Post. A tracking number is provided for every package.

 

Insurance: All packages are fully insured by our company.

Lost Packages: If a package is lost during transit, we will send a replacement one time only, provided that the customer emails us a valid photo ID. In such cases, the replacement package will be shipped to the nearest Canada Post branch for customer pick-up.

Please use your real information when placing an order. This is very important in case of loss or damage. Otherwise, we will not be able to send you a replacement package.

Our customer service team will stay in touch with you from the beginning until you receive your order. They never leave you alone. Usually, they take care of everything before sending the order, such as secure packaging, address confirmation, providing a tracking number, and adding insurance.

We may be a local Canadian business just starting our journey since September 2024, but we strive to operate with the professionalism of an established company. In Canada, we care about our customers more than profits — and that’s our way of doing business.

 

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

• We currently only ship within Canada.

• Orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post.

• Standard delivery time is typically under 15 business days.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Vancouver Special Delivery

• We offer fast delivery in Vancouver for customers who email us at canadanation.ca@mail.com.

• If you have a special coupon, you may qualify for free delivery within Vancouver.
