Fraud / Scam Calls — Company Notice

Notice to all callers and the public:

If any person or entity places a call to the telephone number(s) registered to Canada Nation Builder and engages in or attempts any scam, fraudulent activity, impersonation, phishing, identity-theft, or other deceptive conduct directed at our company, our employees, or our clients, Canada Nation Builder will take the following actions:

1. Preserve and secure all relevant evidence, including call logs, recordings, message metadata, and any related electronic records.

2. Report the incident immediately to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and to the appropriate law enforcement agency (local police or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police) for criminal investigation and prosecution. antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca+1

3. Pursue all available criminal and civil remedies, including prosecution under the Criminal Code of Canada for offences such as fraud (Section 380), fraudulent personation / identity fraud (Section 403), and trafficking or possession of identity information (Section 402.2), where applicable. 4. Cooperate with telecommunications service providers to block, trace and/or seek the suspension of the telephone number(s) used by the offender(s), and seek any available restitution.

5. Where appropriate, notify affected clients, partners or regulatory authorities and take all reasonable steps to mitigate harm.

This Notice is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Canada Nation Builder at law or in equity.
