Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days. Once prepared, packages are transferred to Canada Post or other Companies for shipment.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 8–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier processing times.

If additional preparation time is required (for example, custom orders, inventory replenishment, or quality control verification), customers will receive a confirmation email with an updated estimated delivery date within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Free Delivery Rules:

1-Orders Over $140:
All orders with a total value of $140 or more qualify for free delivery
2-Free Delivery Eligible Items:
Purchasing at least one item marked as a Free Delivery Item will grant free delivery for the entire order.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively through Canada Post.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured by our company to ensure protection against loss or damage during transit.

Lost Packages:

If a package is confirmed lost during transit:

A replacement order will be issued one time only or We will do the Refund. This is one time service for each order.
Customers must provide a valid photo ID for verification for replacement package or Refund
Replacement packages will be shipped to the nearest Canada Post branch for customer pickup or same address by customer responsibility.
If we could not Tracking your Package in 30 days after your order , the refund will be done automatically. no need to contact us. we will consider this problem as a lost package by courier mistake.

Customer Information Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Incorrect or false information may prevent us from issuing replacements for lost or damaged packages.
